Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. The purpose of this role will be to support the Operations Manager with a variety of projects on the firm’s ‘roadmap’. The projects scheduled include competing the build and configuration of our CRM platform Xplan, business process improvements and building a client portal. The role will also be required to undertake weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks around reporting and system updates/maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to continued success of business roadmap; putting forward suggestions and process improvements
  • Liaising with SMEs in the business and external providers where required to build requirements and ensure a defined scope of work has been agreed and mapped out for upcoming projects
  • Becoming a champion for the CRM system and understanding the capabilities to a high level to support the business change/needs with relation to that tool on an ongoing basis after it is launched
  • Offer expertise on best practice approaches to business change
  • Carry out the Operations BAU tasks

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analysis, data analysis, Excel skills
  • Business Analysis or Project Management qualifications (i.e. BCS modules for the Business Analysis Diploma or Prince 2/Agile) – desirable
  • Experience with the CRM platform Xplan (IRESS) – desirable
