
Lucy joined Forth Capital in April 2022 as Client Services Manager. She has over 22 years’ experience in the Financial Service Industry, having worked with a variety of Edinburgh based institutions such as Bank of Scotland and Brewin Dolphin.
The exposure and experience Lucy has gained across the various sectors of the industry has allowed her to not only develop and strengthen her skills, but provides her with a detailed knowledge and appreciation of the overall Financial Service Industry. The last eight years of her career has focused predominantly on management, implementation and strengthening of administrative services; coupled with supporting front and back-office requirements to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved.
Lucy has a real passion and drive for delivering exceptional customer service and is responsible for ensuring that the team in turn, delivers the best possible overall service for our clients. Lucy will identify and evaluate improvements so that we, as a company, continue to grow and ensure we offer an unsurpassed service.
