We have mandated Morningstar, the world’s largest funds analytics company, to create investment strategies using index funds and ETFs from Vanguard, Blackrock, State Street and other industry leaders to minimise costs.

Ongoing Charges Figure

The OCF of our strategies is capped at 1.5% and currently running lower – compared to the average cost of 2.44% from five Funds typically used in the markets we service. With 80% of active funds underperforming the markets over any 10-year period Forth Capital took the decision to simply give our clients the market.

Rebalancing Portfolios

We believe that rebalancing portfolios is the key to de-risking and our portfolio strategies are constantly rebalanced.

Risk Profiling

There are five model portfolios to choose from ranging from Cautious to Adventurous with a strategy to suit every one of our clients’ objectives and risk ratings. When investing, it is imperative that the investment matches the level of risk the client is prepared to take. All of our clients complete a risk profiler questionnaire that establishes their risk rating from 1 to 5.  A Suitability Report is then issued detailing our adviser’s analysis, findings and recommendations.
