Take Advantage of your Expat Australian Status: A Lunch Seminar by Forth Capital

Dr Graham Brown from Forth Capital Hong Kong and the guest speaker Brett Evans from Atlas Wealth Management in Queensland will provide Australian expats with the tips on taking advantage of their Expat Financial Status. The topics will include:

•    The Do’s and Don’ts of managing superannuation when you’re an expat

•    How to take control of your superannuation when you become an expat

•    How to ensure your retirement isn’t jeopardised by becoming an expat

•    How to take advantage of your expat status to build assets that will be tax exempt in Australia.

Speakers:

Dr Graham Brown is the Managing Director of Forth Capital HK and has worked in financial services for more than 30 years in Asia and Europe. He is qualified and regulated in Hong Kong and the UK where he holds the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. Dr Brown has been involved in all aspects of financial planning and wealth management, specialising in pension transfers, inheritance tax planning and all aspects of personal finances. He set up the Hong Kong subsidiary of Swiss based Forth Capital in 2012.

Brett Evans, recently featured by the Australia Network and previously by BBC and Financial Standard, has over 16 years’ experience in the finance and investment industry. He has worked for international blue chip companies such as HSBC, Citigroup, and The Australian Stock Exchange and has an in-depth knowledge of expatriate financial topics. He became an expat himself at 6 months of age. Since then he has lived on 3 different continents and currently looks after superannuation and investments for expats spread across 4 continents.
